Today for reading we were learning about how gorillas are endangered species. My partner and I Jessie found out that gorillas weren't actually aggressive but they are endangered. For our task we had to write down what we already knew about gorillas. One of the things we already knew was gorillas are big and furry. Then we had to read a short story about gorillas, then write what we found out. One thing we found out was they eat 70 different plant species. Then we had to put the information we already knew and the information we found out together to make one opinion. After that we DLO about Synthesising.
Superb synthesising Afu! It's interesting how our opinions can change after we add new information to our prior knowledge then join that thinking together to come up with a new understanding.
